What is Yog Shanti Puja?
Some combinations in a horoscope are read as inauspicious yogas — Kemadruma, Daridra, Grahan, Chandal, Shakat and others. They form from the placement of planets relative to one another rather than from any single graha being weak.
Yog Shanti addresses the specific yoga present in your chart with the mantra, japa and havan prescribed for it. Guru Ji first confirms the yoga is genuinely formed; many charts show one on paper that is cancelled by another placement.
It is usually advised when a life pattern repeats stubbornly — isolation, financial instability, disturbed mental peace or a run of decisions that turn out badly despite good judgement.
