Refund & Cancellation Policy

Plans change, and we understand that. This policy explains how cancellations, date changes and refunds work.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your puja free of charge if you inform us at least 48 hours before the muhurat. We will find the next suitable date for your chart.

Rescheduling within 48 hours is accommodated wherever possible, subject to priest and temple availability.

Cancellation and refund of advance

Cancellation more than 7 days before the muhurat: any advance paid is refunded in full.

Cancellation between 7 days and 48 hours before: 75% of the advance is refunded; the balance covers samagri already procured.

Cancellation within 48 hours or non-arrival on the day: the advance is not refundable, as samagri, priests and the muhurat have already been reserved in your name. The amount may instead be adjusted against a future booking within six months.

Cancellation by us

If the ritual cannot be performed due to temple closure, priest unavailability or any reason on our side, you will be offered the next available muhurat or a full refund of the advance, at your choice.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

Note on outcomes

Dakshina for a completed ritual is not refundable. Rituals are acts of faith and no specific worldly outcome is guaranteed.
